Late Arrivals
We recomend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled start. Regardless of your arrival time, we will have to ensure that your treatments ends at the initial scheduled end time to ensure that we are able to start our next treatment with our following client on time. Please note that you will be charged the same fee as the initial appointment. To get the most out of your treatment, please do arrive on time.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
We hope you know how important your appointment is to us! It is a special time that we have set aside just for you. And so, we respectfully ask that you give us no less than 48 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please notify us by email if your cancellation is outside of our normal business hours or you’re unable to reach us by phone at skincare@ritualsbygina.com.

Please note:
Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than the above mention required time, a charge of 50% of the reserved service/s amount will be charged to your card.
Any 'no show' appointments will be charged at 75% of the service/s amount. We hope you value our time as much as we value yours.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours or feeling unwell, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply.
