Returns
We are sorry your online order or in-store product purchase didn't work out. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it, offer a refund based upon the original payment method or issue credit to your account. Gift cards and services are non-refundable.
Shipping
Orders placed on Rituals Aesthetic Skin Care's online store will ship directly from our spa in San Mateo in Northern California. On U.S. orders of $150 or more, we offer free shipping. Your order will be processed and packaged for shipping within 1 - 3 business days that fall within our opening hours. While final delivery varies, it usually takes takes 1-7 business days after the order has been shipped. As soon as your order has been sent our for shipping, you will receive an email notification containing the carrier tracking number.
Should you choose USPS First Class or Priority Mail as your shipping method, the 1-3 day arrival window will only begin after the order has been processed by us and sent our for delivery. This means that packages may take longer to arrive than expected, depending on processing times.
